Thesis Statement
Ray Harryhausen, one of the most skilled and influential special effects pioneers in history, created Dynamation and used it to make extravagant fantasies that crossed the frontier of special effects in the time before CGI. He also transported viewers of his films to magical places and inspired the production of many legendary modern-day movies.
