In the year 1692, mass hysteria and panic spread through Salem, Massachusetts as allegations of witchcraft consumed its citizens. Accusations were used as a weapon to try and obtain things desired such as land and eliminate people who were threats. The Salem Witch Trials were a frontier in proving innocence before guilt in the court system.
