​​​​The Seneca Falls Convention inspired women to hold other assemblies and delegations. Across the nation, this convention was seen as a call to action, an objection towards the injustices placed on women. The Seneca Falls Convention challenged traditional norms and empowered women to use their voice and seize the powers they were stripped of. The convention’s main piece of communication, the Declaration of Sentiments, set the groundwork for future amendments for women's suffrage. ​​​​​​​
