In September 2001, the World Trade Center were hit by 2 planes. This event caused 2,977 innocent lives lost and affected the American society. The 9/11 incident has caused panic and the cause of this is that many rights and responsibilities changed over the years. These changes still effect Americans till this day. These changes were necessary for the protection of the American people. This is what caused America to shape into what it is today.
