The absence of diplomacy between society and the LGBTQ+ community in the 1960s led to The Stonewall Uprising in 1969 that was a big part of people’s lives, which led to the recognition of the LGBTQ+ community with rallies and creations of different organizations that gave them hope for the future, leading to the growing debate about their rights.
