Project Mind control, otherwise known as MKUltra, was a series of human experiments involving drugs and hypnosis, meant for breaking the human brain. The vision of MKUltra was to completely demolish a brain and be able to control it however the CIA wanted, the problem with achieving this absurd state of detachment is that it involved some horrible torturous experiments that no one would willingly be on the receiving side of.
