Thesis 

     William Shakespeare’s literary works are a turning point in the world of English literature. He influenced English literature, and phrases used today (“William Shakespeare”) Shakespeare published his first play in 1592 and retired in 1612 (“Timeline of Shakespeare’s Life”). Shakespeare is considered the most admired English writer in history and is known as England's national poet (“William Shakespeare”). Shakespeare is admired by many writers that use common themes from his work (“Shakespeare Biography”).
