Rights

In the 1970s-80s the right of ecological protection was denied when the U.S. government built a runway on top of a coral reef and animal habitat inside of Honolulu Int. Airport because of the new boom in tourism. Responsible actions were taken by the government and environmental groups. The government relocated the bird habitat and improved the canal. Environmental groups became activists and helped make the government improve even more.
