Impact

Linda Brown was the subject of a lawsuit that happened in 1954 that became The Brown v. Board of Education which stopped segregation in public white schools and impacted the United States (“Linda Brown”). Back in 1954, Linda Brown was the woman to create a civil rights movement and stop segregation in public white schools. She is the reason why African American children and white children can be in the same school together (“May 17, 1984…”).
