Thesis

 The Universal Declaration of Human Rights established that Human rights should be universally protected and it is the responsibility of the nation states of the U.N. to uphold the UDHR; through social, political, and cultural actions, the nations states of the U.N. established the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1946 at the conclusion of World War II, stating that human rights should be universally defined and protected.
