McCarthyism had snuck it's way into the American society in the present day in many forms, such as: Racism, Discrimination, Stereotyping, Feminism, and others. The thing that all of them have in common is that one law about McCarthyism, but with some slight changes: "If you _____, then you are _____." An example of this is on a Fox News Article, about how Democrats are treating Republicans like as if they were the people who attacked or stormed the White House. Many of these types of articles can be found throughout time since that Cold War Era. Other examples are Stereotypical Racism. Stereotypical Racism is when someone is being racist by saying that all people of certain catergory are the same. Sadly, most people are like this nowadays, and they think it´s fine to do so. People don't really understand how similar this is to McCarthyism. It is very, very similar.
