The Heart Of Amber Alert

Amber Alert was made after a 9 year-old named Amber Hagerman was kidnapped after riding her bicycle in Arlington, Texas and then brutally murdered. She went missing January 13,  1996, she was riding her bike with her brother but split up with him to go ride laps in a parking lot. That was when she got abducted, there was one eye witness of the kidnapping, Jimmie Kivel. Her body was then found on January 17, 1996 in a riverbed. After that other states and communities set up their own Amber Alert.
