"Girls/Women have been participating in AHIHA’s program for several years.  In June of 2010, we had enough players to host our first all girls team. During the week of hockey school the girls had the opportunity to play against other area girls teams. The successful growth of girls in hockey throughout the country has proven to be beneficial to AHIHA. We look forward to the continued growth of girls hockey at AHIHA."
