"Anne with Her Father and Sister" The Guardian

Anne Frank was born on June twelfth, 1929 in Frankfurt, Germany (Popowycz). She had a sister named Margot, and a mother and father named Otto and Edith (Frank 23). Anne had an ordinary life, but little did she know that antisemitism -the hatred of Jews or any other ethnic groups- laws were growing. When Anne Frank was about five years old, her family moved to Amsterdam (Anne Frank House). Anne waited back with her grandmother in Frankfurt, then shortly joined her parents and sister (Anne Frank House). Anne's life soon went back to normal, but the antisemitism laws had come to Amsterdam. All Jews were no longer allowed to enjoy simple pleasures. Jews were starting to be transported to concentration camps. Anne and Margot were seperated from their parents, and later sent to Bergen-Belsen, Germany where both Anne and Margot died (Popowycz).
