1964:  Earned a Bachelor's Degree From Hunter College

1968:  Graduated From Howard University

1972: Eraka Bath, Bath's daughter, is born

1976:  Co-founded the American Institute for the Prevention of Blindness

1981:  Began work on Laserphaco Probe
