-In 1759 the revolution began when Abbe de l'Epee meets two young deaf girls and decides to try to teach them how to communicate ("Laurent Clerc")

-In 1760 Abbe de L'Epee opens a public school for deaf children in his house ("The National Institute for the Deaf") 

-In 1794 after Abbe de L'Epee's death many others had a reaction to his works including Abbe Sicard ("Laurent Clerc")

-At a new location a school was opened under his foundation by Abbe Sicard ("Laruent Clerc")

-About a decade after in 1816 a close friend and student of Abbe Sicrad named Laurent clerc moved to Amercia to start spreading awarness ("Laurent Clerc")

-A year later on April 15 1817 Laurent Clerc along with Thomas Galladuett opened the first deaf school in America which was the following reform ("History and Cogswell Heritage House
