Thesis

       The Airmen were a significant turning point in history because they broke the color barrier in aviation history ("Tuskegee Airmen..."). The Tuskegee Airmen were either African-American men from the 332nd, 99th, 100th, 301st, 302nd Fighter Squadron who fought during WWII (Haulman). They formed in September of 1940, and flew their last mission on April 26, 1945 ("Tuskegee Airmen...").
