The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was drafted in 1946 by the United Nations and completed on December 10, 1948 (“History of the Declaration”). This document universally protects human rights by law, and has made people responsible to further protect human rights (“Universal Declaration of Human Rights” OHCHR). The Universal Declaration of Human Rights allowed all mankind to be born with equal liberty and rights without discrimination  (Universal Declaration of Human Rights).
